Intimation of change.—Every lessor of immovable property shall intimate to the Superintendent of Stamps, in Form B and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Superintendent of Stamps shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
