Surrender of certificate.—Every licensed surveyor who ceases to carry on the survey of land shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Land Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 12 of the manner in which every parcel of land held by him has been disposed of.
