Clause 2, Odisha Land Reforms (Khasra Control) Order, 2015 [S85-6D9]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Odisha Land Reforms Act, 1960 (Odisha Act 16 of 1960); (b) "mortgagee of agricultural land" means a person carrying on the taking of a mortgage of agricultural land; (c) "record of rights" means a record of rights received, held or disposed of by a mortgagee of agricultural land in the course of the taking of a mortgage of agricultural land; (d) "Form 3" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
