Surrender of certificate.—Every liquidator who ceases to carry on the winding up of a company shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form MGT-7 of the manner in which every return held by him has been disposed of.
