Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the liquidator shall apply to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form INC-22 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
