Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 (Punjab Act 1 of 1914); (b) "cultivator of hemp" means a person carrying on the cultivation of hemp under licence; (c) "transport pass" means a transport pass received, held or disposed of by a cultivator of hemp in the course of the cultivation of hemp under licence; (d) "Form G" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
