Application for registration.—Every operator of a hostel for tenants carrying on the running of a private hostel shall make an application for registration to the Competent Authority in Form F, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every apartment held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
