Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a dock who ceases to carry on the employment of dock workers shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Industrial Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every register of wages held by him has been disposed of.
