Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the petty food manufacturer shall apply to the Designated Officer in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of seven thousand five hundred rupees, and the Designated Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
