Intimation of change.—Every owner of land adjoining a railway shall intimate to the Railway Administration, in Form D and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Railway Administration shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
