Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the administrator of an estate shall apply to the Maintenance Tribunal in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Maintenance Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
