Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a commercial establishment shall intimate to the appropriate Government, in Form II and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the appropriate Government shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
