Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any financial institution dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Debts Recovery Tribunal in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every security interest then held; and the Debts Recovery Tribunal shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
