Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any rehabilitation professional dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of West Bengal in Form III, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every roster then held; and the Government of West Bengal shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
