Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a waste treatment facility shall apply to the Biodiversity Authority in Form I for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Biodiversity Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
