Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a waste treatment facility who ceases to carry on the treatment of waste shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Biodiversity Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every wild animal article held by him has been disposed of.
