Surrender of certificate.—Every copyright society who ceases to carry on the administration of rights by a copyright society shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Copyrights in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form TM-A of the manner in which every specification held by him has been disposed of.
