Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in foreign currency shall apply to the Deposit Insurance Corporation in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Deposit Insurance Corporation shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
