Intimation of change.—Every person summoned by a commission shall intimate to the Nodal Authority, in Form G and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Nodal Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
