Surrender of certificate.—Every person summoned by a commission who ceases to carry on attendance before a commission shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Nodal Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every affidavit held by him has been disposed of.
