Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a container train shall apply to the Government of Odisha in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Government of Odisha shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ten days of the application.
