Application for registration.—Every operator of a container train carrying on the running of container trains shall make an application for registration to the Government of Odisha in Form D, within ten days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every luggage held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
