Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Madhya Pradesh Excise Act, 1915 (Madhya Pradesh Act 2 of 1915); (b) "licensee of a winery" means a person carrying on the working of a winery; (c) "bottle" means a bottle received, held or disposed of by a licensee of a winery in the course of the working of a winery; (d) "Form E" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
