Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Official Liquidator in the custody of the Official Liquidator, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Official Liquidator; and where the Official Liquidator having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form PAS-3 within one hundred and twenty days of the succession.
