Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registered valuer shall apply to the Official Liquidator in Form INC-22 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Official Liquidator shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
