Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the paying guest accommodation provider shall apply to the Housing Board in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Housing Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
