Intimation of change.—Every permit holder shall intimate to the Transport Commissioner, in Form 29 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Transport Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
