Application for registration.—Every lessee of a village fishery carrying on fishing in a village tank shall make an application for registration to the District Collector in Form 5, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every muster roll held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
