Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a zoo shall intimate to the Environmental Appellate Authority, in Form IV and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Environmental Appellate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
