Safe custody.—Every child care institution shall keep every account to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the care of children in an institution is carried on, shall record in Form VII the description of every account so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi within seven days of the close of each year.
