Surrender of certificate.—Every child care institution who ceases to carry on the care of children in an institution shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every declaration held by him has been disposed of.
