Intimation of change.—Every infrastructure provider shall intimate to the Digital Communications Commission, in Form D and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Digital Communications Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten lakh rupees.
