Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the infrastructure provider shall apply to the Digital Communications Commission in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten lakh rupees, and the Digital Communications Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
