Application for registration.—Every franchisor carrying on the grant of franchises shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Firms in Form G, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every invoice held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
