Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the franchisor shall apply to the Registrar of Firms in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Registrar of Firms shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
