Intimation of change.—Every owner of a plantation shall intimate to the Licensing Officer, in Form VIII and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
