Application for registration.—Every community radio station carrying on the operation of a community radio station shall make an application for registration to the Broadcasting Authority in Form I, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every film held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
