Intimation of change.—Every author shall intimate to the Appellate Board, in Form 5 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty thousand rupees.
