Surrender of certificate.—Every coach who ceases to carry on the coaching of athletes shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Agency in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every register of athletes held by him has been disposed of.
