Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the hereditary trustee shall apply to the Deputy Charity Commissioner in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
