Surrender of certificate.—Every multi-system operator who ceases to carry on the operation of a multi-system cable network shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Press Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every set-top box held by him has been disposed of.
