Intimation of change.—Every multi-system operator shall intimate to the Press Registrar, in Form III and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Press Registrar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
