Surrender of certificate.—Every child care institution who ceases to carry on the care of children in an institution shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Family Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every succession certificate held by him has been disposed of.
