Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of a printing press shall apply to the Licensing Authority in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Licensing Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ten days of the application.
