Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee of a camping site who ceases to carry on the running of a camping site shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Tourism in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every entry ticket held by him has been disposed of.
