Application for registration.—Every dealer in military stores carrying on dealing in military stores shall make an application for registration to the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief in Form F, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every lease deed held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
