Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any requesting entity dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team in Form E, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of users then held; and the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
