Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a private siding shall apply to the Railway Rates Tribunal in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Railway Rates Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
