Application for registration.—Every operator of a private network carrying on the operation of a captive telecommunication network shall make an application for registration to the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing in Form B, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten lakh rupees and a statement of every register of subscribers held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
