Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a private network who ceases to carry on the operation of a captive telecommunication network shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every interconnection agreement held by him has been disposed of.
